Gallarate Amaretti. Exclusive sweets from the Gallarate area protected, on the initiative of Massimo Gnocchi, with the De.CO brand (2005), and again on our initiative, also with the prestigious recognition of TYPICAL PRODUCT of the Lombardy REGION (2008), are the specialty of the Pasticceria F.lli Gnocchi. Furthermore, recently (2024) they have acquired recognition with the PAT brand (typical agri-food product). A specialty of the city expertly interpreted by our Pasticceria that the Italian (Corriere della Sera) and foreign (New York Times, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph) press, but also Rai, BBC and TSI in addition to the local Rete 55 and Telelombardia with the Top Gusto channel, have made famous everywhere in the world where the Gallarate biscuits by Gnocchi have arrived.
The Amaretti di Gallarate, in fact, are a "unicum". They are, to explain, sweets whose main characteristic, in addition to the soft internal goodness wrapped in a thin crust, lies entirely in their unmissable shape. Each amaretto, in fact, has printed in its "crust" the fingers of the craftsman who shapes one by one these fantastic and inimitable sweets. Our boxes are of 4 different sizes: 1 kg, 700g, 500g and 350g. They are also available loose on trays, directly in the store. To avoid the risk of not finding them, reservations are always appreciated also because, although they are baked daily, we want you to be able to always buy them fresh and therefore we always try to make the necessary daily quantity.
