On our initiative, the Gallarate amaretti obtained the municipal designation of origin (De.CO) in 2005 and in 2008, they became a typical agri-food product of the Lombardy region and then, in 2024, they were granted the possibility of having a brand (PAT). Our goal is to carry on this legacy, making more and more people discover the authentic flavor of Gallarate, represented by a product that combines simplicity and perfection.
Alongside amaretti, artisanal panettoni are another of our excellences. Made exclusively with our historic sourdough starter, which holds years of passion and tradition, our panettoni follow a slow and careful 48-hour manufacturing process.
Made with top-quality natural ingredients, without preservatives or emulsifiers, our panettone stands out for its softness, lightness and intense aromas. Among the available variants, the classic panettone, rich in raisins and candied fruit of the highest quality, is a tribute to tradition, while the chocolate panettone, with single-origin chocolate from the Andes, offers a delicious and irresistible reinterpretation. We also make a panettone filled with chantilly cream to satisfy the most demanding palates.
