Our Veneziane are made with a naturally leavened dough thanks to our precious sourdough starter. Enriched with candied orange and covered with a fragrant amaretto glaze, sugar granules, and almonds, according to the traditional recipe.
We make them in various sizes: 500g, 750g, 1Kg.
